Webquest Reflection
Today in class my group presented our webquest. It was on Reptiles. I think we made an awesome webquest, even though the content of it was shorter than everyone else's. The lesson is designed to last 45 minutes, so one class period. Making the webquest was fun, I liked finding the information for it. It was kind of hard, becuase we had four people in our grup and all four couldn't really be working n it at the same time. But all in all, I enjoyed the process, and will definately use webquest in my future classroom.

End of semester
You know, somewhere inside of me I want to say that I am going to be sad that school is almost over... but I jst can't!! I am so happy to be done with this semester! I cannot wait for summer! I look forward to seeing all of you in August!!!

Field Experience Info:
I did my field experience at Harvest Elementary in Saratoga Springs. My host, if you will, was Mrs. Luiz in the 4th grade. For my five lessons taught, they were all on CHina! This worked out wonderfully because it just so happens that The 2008 Olympics are in China this year, so it sparked the children's attention! I had so much fun teaching, decided that it is very stressful at times.... but all in all I thoroughly enjoyed it!!!

End of field!!!
SO, field has come and gone, and it was so amazing!!! I did not have time to post something each week, a bit slakerish I realize, but here's a sum up...
Harvest ELementary, 4th grade classroom! Mrs. Luiz was my host teacher.
The first couple days I was a little iffy on the experience, but I guess that's to be expected right???! Me and my partner had so much fun teaching and playing with the students! I am pretty sure the teacher, Mrs. Luiz, because we had all of these new ideas! And it seemed like her class was just used to her routine...worksheets to be precise. So when me and Alayne brought in creative arts activities the kids went hay-wire!!!
Field was so much fun! I am happy to say that we did not have any problems and thoroughly enjoyed our experience in the field!!!!
